This policy explains how SurgeryPQ handles information when you practise questions, read study notes or contact us.
Information stored on your device
SurgeryPQ uses your browser’s local storage to remember selected answers, scores, practice position and completion status. This lets you continue your practice on the same browser. These records are not sent to us by the current app, and there is no user account or cloud synchronization.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current version does not include advertising or analytics services and does not set advertising cookies. Google AdSense has not been enabled. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are activated.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate reported issues and improve the app. Your email or telephone provider also processes the communication under its own policies. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or patient records.
Your choices and retention
Practice data stays in your browser until you clear this site’s storage or your browser removes it. Clearing it deletes saved progress. You can reset an individual compilation using “Start again.” Contact messages are kept only as needed to respond and handle follow-up matters. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence we hold, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
External links
Some explanations link to external medical resources. Opening those links takes you to a separate website whose privacy practices apply. SurgeryPQ does not control those websites.
Security
Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view saved practice progress. Use a trusted device and clear site data on shared devices. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date.
